Uh oh...the bearded lady! Will this be a play or a circus?
I was hoping to have this strip up last week so it would be up for Halloween. I figured a costume-themed comic would have been more appropriate.
I wasn't really sure how to go about doing a Malygos costume. In-game, the only time they show him in humanoid form was in Yogg-Saron's dream, where it portrays him with just a generic blue haired high elf model wearing a frostfire robe. Supposedly in the Day of the Dragon novel it described him as looking half elf half insect. However the dragon models slightly resemble their humanoid forms, and the in-game Malygos dragon model has him with a big grey beard and big grey eyebrows. I kept the hairstyle from the in-game humanoid model...just made it the same color as the beard. Obviously there's no point for Blizz to make an elaborate model for him seeing that he'll likely not make another appearance in the game...unless they decide to spontaneously bring him back like they did with so many other "dead" lore characters.
Oh, and Jyo is sleepy because she stayed up all night working on the costume. Sara isn't the only one who waits until the last minute.
Exit Question: Isn't it in the LOTR universe that the dwarven women have beards anyway? This is just my shout-out to Tolkien!

The character is based on my Dwarf DK, Vgsatomi. However I felt that name is a little too odd to have in the comic, so I'm just leaving her nameless for now
well, the dwarf is a death knight, so, technically dead, probably doesnt care about much anyway, let alone showing some boob(also probably doesnt mind the cold :P)
Tallia, reminds me of the grampa in American dragon, and Iroh in Avatar: the last airbender, but still cool looking. Also, bonus points for method acting :P
Jyo, well, what can i say? extreamly sexy, assumably her horns are covered by those faulse horns. Always have trouble trying to imagine Jyo's Voice, just cant pic that attitude with what draenis are supposed to sound like.
Kleeyo, sexy and adorable, the look reminds me of Cadi from WoW eh? for some reason. For all her maternal seriousness, and the lava bursts, we forget how kind withdrawn Kleeyo can be(also how young she is). Also, since we usually only see her head, tend to forget that her fur coulour is actually white with splotches :P
Also, wonder how both Kleeyo and Jyo handle those tails of theirs what with the metal thongs? :P
And anyone else wever think about how similar Taurens and Draeni are? Hooves, tails, horns, cows, space goats :P
And Sara, well, whatever it is, it will probably be ridiculous adn compleatly Sara.
Keep up the fantastic work.
And if u can't be bothered reading it all, short version is:-
I think this comic is AWESOME!
Authenticity! We all know how much Fordring loves that! Can't wait to see the look on his face when the play begins.
Also, to answer your exit question: Yes, in the LOTR Universe, Dwarven Females are very indistinguishable from Males.

Wait, isnt this play supposed to be for children? I don't know I gota read the previous ones...if so...this should be good ^^ "Mommy, whats that?" "Thats...a naked beared lady honey, cover your eyes now."
I get the feeling that the previously gnome assaisan just might "attend" this lovely preformence... if so then this play will be all the better (sinister smile).
Oh my God, poor Kleeyo. I'd give her a hug but she'd probably beat the snot out of me for touching her.
Sara's face... That's not good. Not good at all. Kleeyo, you know better than to trust that psycho human when she's being coy.
Dwarves live in in the high mountains, don't they? They must like cold weather. And then you have the fact that the DKs are undead and also use frost spells and I'm sure she feels fine. Never cared for undead boobies, though: I have SOME standards! Not much, sure, and they're lower than dirt, but still, SOME!
NO Dwarves in LOTR don't have beards erogon* says to the rohan princes, "It's the beard" When gimelly* says some people think there are no dwarf women.
*I forget how their names are spelled sry
Very well drawn, everything, I can't add much to what's already been said. What captivates me especially is the forlorn look in Kleeyo's eyes. You've captured her angst so well.
(I would get hounded out of here for suggesting this, so you didn't hear it from me [wink, wink] but Kleeyo could have salvaged her modesty by wearing an Alexstrasza's-complexion-coloured leotard beneath the thong).
BTW - Tauren can wear thong-type clothing; the fabric at the rear becomes triangle shaped to fit around the tail.
I'm also not sure if I should find the dwarf attractive or not...no shirt (happy day :D)...but has a beard (kill joy D:)
