Guest comic this week. Once again Adamantine came through to help fill a comic void. This one depicts the rarespawn hunt for the Frostbitten achievement.

Ironically this was one of the achievements I was trying to complete recently, which adds even more comedic punch to this comic. Had quite a bit of trouble with vyragosa competing against all those who are still camping the TLPD, but finally managed to get her one day when I LITERALLY logged in right inside of her. Putridus the Ancient is last, and is giving the hardest time since there is some glitch with NPC scan that alerts everyone on Northrend whenever he spawns, so if you aren't closest to him when that happens you usually just arrive to find a corpse on the ground. That, complete with Icecrown still being a fairly high traffic zone even in Cata.

Lackinganame also provided a sketch comic that I'm sure any returning player can sympathize with.

Thanks again to Adamantine and lackinganame for covering for me this week with these great comics. I thought all the characters were depicted perfectly :)

Hah. Vyragosa gave me hell. And for some reason King Ping just never spawned. Like, ever. But Skoll was all up in my face so many times I started selling him to hunters. And it took me months to realize that Sentinel was actually a rare spawn - I'd assumed it was always there.

Thanks for the comment. When it comes to super hero basic themes, there is nothing new under the sun. But there is a lot about the Earth Wars I universe that is quite unique. Coming Soon.
